Riggs Publishing exists to share books and messages centered on faith, redemption, financial responsibility, personal growth, and living according to God's purpose.
Mission
Why these books exist
Every title here started as something lived rather than something studied. Poverty and hard work, service and homelessness, grief, faith, and the long process of rebuilding. Those are the sources the books draw on, and the reason they are written plainly.
The aim is not inspiration for its own sake. It is to hand people something usable: a way to think about money that holds up, a way through grief, a way to understand a legal process, a reason to believe a second chance is real.
Riggs Publishing is the shared work of Kelly Riggs and Angela Blair.
Kelly Riggs

Kelly Riggs came from a childhood of poverty and abuse. He did poorly as a high school student and joined the United States Army. After his release from service he went into construction, and has had to work hard most of his life.
Later in life he met a new set of challenges. During the looming effects of COVID-19 he became unemployed and lost his home. It was in that season that he transformed his life through education and started to write. Within two years he was named an American Best-Selling Author, an outcome he attributes to the unwavering Grace of God.
That turn brought him back to his one true love, his passion for his Lord Jesus Christ, and revealed to him the lessons the Lord had taught him across his life. Sharing those lessons with the people who can benefit from them most became his calling, and the reason for his series of books, The Lessons with Jesus.
His mission extends beyond the written word. He organizes The United Re-Entry Foundation, Inc., fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves. A significant amount of book sales goes toward ministry and helping those in need.
Kelly is also available for speaking engagements and mentorship, continuing to offer hope and guidance in person as well as on the page.
Angela Blair

I create with faith, write with purpose, and help stories leave a lasting legacy because I believe everyone has a story worth telling—and I am here to help them tell it.
Angela Blair is a Partner, Creative Director, and author with Riggs Publishing. She plays an integral role in shaping both the message and presentation of the books the company brings to readers.
Angela develops and designs book covers, creating visual concepts that capture the heart of each book and give every title its own identity. Her involvement extends far beyond design. She writes back-cover copy and forewords and contributes her perspective, ideas, and insight to select manuscripts throughout the creative and editorial process.
Angela believes every author has a unique story and voice. Her role is not to replace that voice but to strengthen it, bringing clarity and depth to the message, identifying what will connect with readers, and helping ensure the finished book remains true to the author's purpose.
Her work at Riggs Publishing brings together writing, storytelling, creative direction, design, research, branding, and publishing development. From the first impression created by a cover to the words that introduce readers to the story, Angela approaches every project with the understanding that each element should serve the message within.
As an author with Riggs Publishing, Angela brings her own voice, experiences, research, and perspective to the stories she chooses to tell. She is drawn to meaningful stories that explore faith, truth, hardship, perseverance, family, and the experiences that shape people's lives.
In addition to her work with Riggs Publishing, Angela works as a journalist through The Blair Perspective, her independent media platform. Through her journalism, she researches and reports on matters of public interest, provides commentary, encourages open discussion, and brings attention to people, stories, and issues that might otherwise go unheard. Her work reflects a commitment to asking difficult questions, digging beneath the surface, and giving people a place to share their perspectives.
At the center of Angela's work is her Christian faith and her belief in truth, redemption, perseverance, purpose, and second chances. She believes some of life's most difficult chapters can ultimately serve a greater purpose and that where someone has been does not have to determine where God can take them next.
For Angela, publishing, writing, and journalism may serve different purposes, but they share an important foundation: every person has a story, truth matters, and the right words can leave an impact long after they are written.

The United Re‑Entry Foundation
Kelly Riggs organizes The United Re-Entry Foundation, Inc., working on behalf of people who cannot fight for themselves. A significant amount of book sales goes toward ministry and helping those in need.
United Re-Entry Foundation is a separate organization from Riggs Publishing. Donations go to the Foundation, not to the publisher.
